I started bullet journaling last year, and I truly have never looked back. It’s the best thing I ever did for myself. I know it’s not for everyone, but I think my favorite thing about bullet journaling is that you can make it completely your own thing. You can go as big or as little as you want. I always include certain spreads including a goals page as well as a wrap-up/reflection page at the end of the month, but I like how I can switch it up to be whatever I’m needing this month. Here’s what my February bullet journal set up looks like this year. Let’s get started!
Introduction spread with a quote related to the theme. I decided to embrace Valentine’s Day this year. Inspired by Amanda Rach Lee.
February monthly to lay out all important dates, deadlines, and events for the month.
Mood tracker and habit tracker spreads. I like to track my mood to pinpoint any emotional triggers for me, and I love to keep track of my habits to measure the progress I’m making on my goals.
My goals and expenses spreads. I like to break my goals up into sections — personal, work, fitness, and blog. It helps make overarching goals more achievable. Then, I like to track non-essential expenses I make throughout the month to hold myself more accountable to my budget.
Finally, I love keep track of fun memories I’ve made throughout the month. I’m adding journal entries as well as polaroid snapshots in 2019.
Do you bullet journal? What’s your favorite thing about it? Let me know in the comments below.
Happy adventuring,
